Me and my husband have been paying into our tax free childcare account for the past 3 months. He didn’t put the correct reference and for the past 3 months, the payments have left his account but haven’t gone into our childcare account. He also hasn’t had the money bounce back. Does anyone know if this can be resolved? It’s obviously a bank holiday so I can’t call the bank or childcare help line and I’m majorly stressing that we’ve just lost a huge amount of money to nowhere.
