nanny required - harpenden

I am looking for a fun, cheerful nanny to look after 3 well behaved girls (7, 9 and 11) after school for 3 afternoons a week. I would not rule out a childminder but would prefer someone who could pick the children up from school and bring them back to our house. Is there anyone out there who knows anyone in who could do this in North Harpenden?
