Sorry me again! (can you tell I'm still very new at this - I'd be lost without you all!)
I am having a visit tom from the 11 year old and his parents. I was just wondering if they decide to go ahead can i still use the ncma contract for him and what shall i do re policies? do i just give them all to them or just the relevant ones (ie they don't really need the sleeping arrangements form as he won't be napping i hope!) I've done a sheet for him to fill in on his own with what he likes to do, eat, play with etc.
oh and as it's only for a fixed time and we know the end date do i put that on the contract too? it's only for the term time as his brothers will look after him over easter etc.
