Just wondered if anyone else was having this...
This month, when I went to pay into my childcare account, my bank told me the account details we usually use are wrong. I checked the government account and it does look like the account number is different (this seems really weird to have happened with no warning – what if you have a standing order)? I decided to do a test and just sent a pound to the new account details. That was yesterday and it's still not arrived. I don't know what to do – I really need the tax credits as it saves me about £350 a month, but I have to pay my nursery on Monday. So annoying!
