Certificate of Good Conduct for Slovakian/ Ofsted registration

Trying to get our SLovakian nanny registered as a registered childcarer with Ofsted. Ofsted say we will need a certificate of good conduct from SLovakia in addition to a CRB as she has only lived here a year.

Anyone got any experience of getting such a thing? How did you do it? How long did it take.

She's got a police check which she got in SLovakia a few years ago so its too old for ofsted.

Have tried phoning SLovakian embassy but this results in hours on recorded messages getting nowhere.

I've no idea but I'm friends with a Slovakian au pair so could ask if she knows?

Related:
Embassy of Slovakia has something about this certificate on their Expatriate Card info page.
"3. Certificate of no Criminal Record in the Slovak Republic. The application form can be obtained from the Embassy. Turn around time for processing the application and its delivery from Slovakia to the applicant is approximately two months."
Alas, it does not give more details. But it does appear that the Embassy should be able to provide an application form.

why dont you ask her to sort it out? she speaks slovakian and you, i presume, not. she should be able to get a new police check in slovakia. i woudnt dream of not sorting my czech documents out for my english employers.
