CM Club - a happy thread for a change :-)

Just thought after all the bad stuff a lot of us have been through recently and of course some of the things being said in other threads, I'd share my news. I emailed a few parents on Friday evening asking if anyone felt like writing a reference as I the ones I have are quite old now (as had people long time and they don't tend to do them til they leave). Well, one brand new parent who started last week kindly offered to do one for how things have been from the start and another has just emailed me the most beautiful reference it made me cry!! It wouldn't be possible to have been any nicer and I'm just so overwhelmed by it. You see, there are some lovely parents out there who do respect what we do

It's left me with a lovely warm glow lol.

I asked my parents for references recently and got absolutely lovely replies which bought a lump to my throat. It really made me feel that what I was doing was worth while

And THATS why I couldn't give a flying f*ck how Ofsted rate me! My parents give me all the praise I could possibly need and the mindees give me cuddles. Life is good!

Not sure I can really put what they said on here? but I can say that it was very personal, very touching and well, left me pretty speechless for a change!!

Good grief, speechless? It must have been good!

I know, I wrote back to her telling her she'd made me cry and that for once I was speechless! lol
