How do nurseries put babies down for a nap?

Anyone know how nurseries put babies down for naps? Particularly interested in babies around a year old and where there is a separate room with multiple cots for all the babies. Thanks!

(Don’t worry I will ask nursery too but settling in sessions aren’t for a while and would like to get into the right sort of habits now.)

the ones who are disturbing others strapped in to buggies and wheeled elsewhere, moved to another room to keep main sleeping room quiet , nursery nurse just sits near and tries to shush Pat as best they can simultaneously. Give them milk/ dummies. It can be a really difficult job for staff as they can’t give the babies as much attention as you would at home as they are others to consider. Sometimes they sleep a bit other times for too long!

You'll end up following the nap schedule of the nursery.

Marks it easier cos it's one long nap during the day
