Transferred money into the childcare account last Friday 30th Dec via bank transfer and nothing in the account still. Could it still be a bank holiday hangover?

Someone has started another thread and there's lots of us in this situation.

No idea why when it normally works fine over weekends.

yep, and they won’t even take anymore calls as they’re too busy. I’ve just emailed the nursery to let them know as our fees are due today.

Didn’t see that one. Oh well. Will have to pay without the tax free account

It’s not allowing me to log in and says can’t confirm my identity right now try in 15 mins, did anyone else get this? Luckily got. A few days to make the payment to nursery but it’s normally on the same day.

It always takes longer to clear on bank holidays, imagine it will go through today

I’ve been repeatedly getting the “we can’t confirm your identity….” message for the last couple of days.
when I have managed to get in, it said I’d reached my eligibility period limit (which I hadn’t).
it’s been very weird and it’s never been like this for me before. I’ve been using it a long time with both of my kids.

has anyone had the same issue with this bank holiday? I’m using this account for the first time, have double checked all details but transferred money yesterday and it still isn’t showing. Really anxious as the money has left my account!

@Zoomtothemoon01 just been searching on other threads as having this issue now. I paid via bank transfer on Thurs 25th and its showing in transactions but not in cleared funds. Have you had any luck with yours?

I also topped up a small amount 2 days ago which is showing in cleared funds but not in transactions - very confusing!

Will have to try and sort tomorrow otherwise! Strange as I thought paying in Thurs would be fine as a whole working day before the BH for it to clear...!

Can anyone answer this as I'm confused.

So, I've been using TFC for around a year - no issues. I pay weekly into it and nursery get their payments weekly too. On logging in, it's showing that there's £500 that I can withdraw back into my bank account. Why? Where's it from. Nursery have got their funds as I've asked them.
