I am a childminder in St Albans, but I am sorry that I am full for the future.

Just out of interest, when were you hoping to get a nanny for? I'm guessing its quite soon, but just incase it's something you are planning for the near future, i know a wonderful nanny who is moving to St Albans in August. She's been with her current family for many years, and is relocating due to her husbands job.

It's a long shot, but just thought i would ask

Hi there

I wondered if you had any luck with finding a childminder in St Albans. At the moment our 17 month old daughter goes to Busy Bees nursery but we were thinking of changing to a childminder - we just can't find one!!!!!!!!!

Did you have any luck?

I've been on the case all day like shopping for car insurance - no luck FT. Worst case for me is to change the nanny to one who is is not sick all of the time because I can't keep letting work down. We did consider BB on KH lane but decided against and hence researching CM. What are your options?

If you are prepared to consider a nursery I can recommend Home from Home on Bernard Street (next to a BB). Family run and good reputation (or was when my dcs were younger...)
