Emailing Nanny Agencies - How quickly would you expect a reply?

I e-mailed a local agency on Sunday evening. It's now Thursday evening, and still no reply.

I might pretend to be a parent, and email and see if I get a faster response

I expect an immediate reply and I am constantly disappointed. IME nanny agencies come and go like, well things that come an go very fast. Some, however are better than others so keep trying. Wishing you luck,
