Dd is 2.5years and we get the tax free childcare, will move to 30 free hours next year.
We have been using the account since she turned 1 as that's when I returned to work and she started nursery.
I've gone in today to do the three monthly confirm your details and spotted that her DOB is incorrect. For example (not the actual dates) it says 10.03.2020 rather than her actual dob of 17.03.2020
It is a whole week out and whilst it doesn't impact the term she will qualify for her 30 hours it is technically wrong.
I clicked I wanted to update her details and it would let me change her name but not her DOB
I have found a number I can call but it's on the main email and I'm concerned from previous attempts to get stuff sorted with a government office this will just trigger all sorts of difficult issues and risk us getting our payments. We would still have been entitled to the money the whole time we've been claiming it etc so we haven't taken anything we shouldn't have.
Does anyone have experience of similar? Wwyd?
