Nannies - What Extra Duties Do You Do?

What do you do beyond the call of duty?

For example... sorting out the plumbing (be it plumbing in a washing machine, fixing a leak, to unblocking the drains).

OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

I don't price it in either. My theory is I am there to make the family's life as smooth as it can be. So I work very hard to make sure that not only are the children happy and healthy, but the parents lives are made easier by my helping as much as I can. My reward is appreciation from the whole family in bucketfuls, and a real sense of accomplishment at the end of the day. I LIKE my job, I think that makes it so much easier to do it to the very best of my ability.
