Prepaid card for Nanny

Hello, I’m looking for recommendations for a prepaid card for our nanny.
Reluctant to use Monzo as they no longer have a prepaid card option and I would need to create a joint account with the nanny (as far as I understand)

We use HyperJar - started using for our kids but works well for the nanny too!

I'm the nanny and I created the account myself.
