New FREE nanny advert/ childminder vacancy site..live today..opinions

Hi,

I have created a new site purely for chilcarers, parents and agencies to advertise jobs and job searches (drives me mad having to pay for an ad on gumtree for everytime I need a new au pair etc!! so thought I would set up a free one) ..can you have a look and see what you think www.nannyneeded.co.uk obviously it only went live today and the advertising for it doesn't start properly for a few weeks. But would welcome opininons and feel free to post vacancies etc.

phpbb as a platform would be better - it's quite a familiar concept to most people and it enables mods to lock threads and delete posts, as well as user editing. HOWEVER it can be quite moderator intesive as it's open to abuse for multiple postings etc...

If you decide to go for phpbb and need an extra moderator I'd be happy to help out - I currently moderate 3 phpbb forums so one more won't make a difference and it's a really valuable resource.
