I love it! It can be hard work but very rewarding and worthwhile.
I had an office job previously which, after returning from maternity leave, I hated - like REALLY hated.
Didn't ever think childminding would be something for me, but it's the best move I ever made.
If I could get a bit more work in then it would be even better!

Love it, love it, love it! I love it when my mindees learn something new, I love it when they say things that I taught them, I love it when they say something funny. I just love under 5' really!

Not so keen on the paper work and the terms and conditions set by Ofsted. You haven't asks us about that yet!

Love it too! Paperwork does my head in sometimes but I love having the little ones here and it's been great for ds who is currently a only child (until number 2 arrives in June!)

I love it too - although I think it can take over your life!

Some days it's definatly the best job i've ever done other days it's midnight and I can't switch off fromt thinking about "work" but tbh I think thats the running own business side of it (paperwork, legal regs, trying to think of ways to advertise to earn more money etc) the actual "job" itself of caring for children is fab and my children love it too most of the time though dd1 has the odd times when she is jelous but I remind her she wouldn't see me or her sister or be in her own home as much as she is if i worked a job outside the home, gotta take the rough with the smooth and all that i guess.
