I'm a brand new Childminder, still waiting for children for me to mind.

I'm just curious of where do you look for them??

Thanks

I ring the local council because there's a department where if you give your email address they'll email you the registered childminders

I'm a childminder and most of my work come through word of mouth, my Facebook page and childcare.co.uk

Recommendations from family/friends

In my area there is a childminding network and they have a facebook group so parents can ask for availability. I found our childminder on childcare.co.uk

Childcare.co.uk and Facebook (local groups)

Council website. Plus word of mouth.
But they are like unicorn poo here (rural) so we had to use a nursery.

Yes, i think ive done everything up to now...social medias (a few of my friends and mates shared it), ads in my car and my house window (i live outside a busy bus stop), childcare.co.uk, my local council,

Thanks as was wondering what was a common place to find childminders.
