8mo Strange Rash, please advise picture attached

Hi, first time post. My 8mo son has come down with this strange rash on his tummy and back. It started this afternoon after his longer than usual nap which he had to be woken from. As his nap this morning was shorter than usual we figured that he was just making up time.

His mood is ok and temperature fine. As it's late and a Saturday we can't call the doc's and figured that because he had no other symptoms we'd leave off contacting a&e. He's gone to bed fine also.

Today was his first time eating easy peeler orange and we weren't sure if it was potentially related to this but he has nothing on his face.

Picture below, we're grateful for any advice.

You could call 111 for advice if concerned? Not a rash I recognise.

It does look a little bit like hives, just keep an eye on him overnight and call 111 if you are at all concerned.

Thanks for the responses. I did a bit of googling and it seems to fit both the look and timeline of a food allergy. I think my little man's got an orange intolerance. Thank you though, he's sleeping now so we'll check him in the morning, provided he doesn't wake upset.
