Can anyone recommend nanny cover for me. my nanny is off sick AGAIN! I need someone who I can call at short notice CRB checked reliable etc. Also, my nanny contract says she gets SSP. Can i chose not to pay her for these frequent sick days?

thanking you

sounds a nightmare - cant recommend one but i know there are agencies for this very reason - im sure a web search would find them

you might need to seek legal advice about employment/frequent sick - maybe she will need a sick note? i think you need to find out the rules before you stop paying her

thanks, have just been told by PAYE Nannies that for first three days she is not paid then on 4th day she gets SSp which is 66pw pro rata.
