I have a 6 month old little boy me and my ex partner split when he was 3 weeks old the was some domestic violence is the relationship and I knew I had to get out ….
He is wanting to take my son from me 50/50 he says he has parental rights ect … bearing in mind he hasn’t helped me with anything for our son since or before he was born .
not only is he wanting to take him 50/50 he wants to take him a week on week so I wouldn’t see my little boy for a week at a time !
i have said not a chance … 1 because it’s unhealthy for him and 2 because I don’t want to go a full week without seeing my son I struggle with 1 night away from him
He works a week on week off and already has another son and that’s how his childcare arrangements are for him .
I’ve had to change my work place , my work pattern and my change of working weekend to suit him and to be able to take care of my little boy …
he now wants to take me to court … does he stand a chance is getting him a week on week off ?
