Isle of Man - any recommendations?

I have a job interview in a week in the IoM - would be moving there with 1 year old dd within a month. I am waiting for the official bumf to arrive, but just wondered, is there anyone here? or anyone you can recommend? Would be working/ living in the hospital. TIA for any help (can you tell this is all a bit new?!).

If it helps, in IOM childminders seem to be regulated by social services. Info from Gov.im

ManxAds has a few childminders adverts.

Anyone know about childcare in IOM?
