Out Of School Provision

I am a childminder and I have been asked to provide OOS for our local school - I need to write a proposal and am unsure what to put in it...any suggestions?

Not a childminder but work with children. Would think you would have to talk about child protection, health & safety, how you would deal if parents didn't collect, what checks staff have had on them...phew and that's just off the top of my head!

Most of that is dealt with under the childminding reg....I'm currently dealing with contracts/food/charging/discipline/homework (ie letting me know when there is H/W)
