How do you advertise for a Uni student who can pick up kids from school? (London)

I'd especiallly be interested in an art student, because my kids plead with me all the time to do crafts--they both LOVE art. But how do I find out about art schools in Westminster (where I live). And then, how would I advertise? And how much to pay the student?

Gumtree, specify you want an art student OR someone with artistic ability. Around £5/6 an hour would proably be reasonable depending on experience/quals. I get a lot of my jobs off Gumtree (student!)

A lot of places do have their own job-centres which have details of PT jobs suitable for students. Do they have to be in Westminster, or could they travel? Is it every day you'd need, because that might be problematic finding a student to do every day from school pick-up time?
