Must admit am really tired and cant wait for the break now, but had a whizzing party yesterday for the mindees, and have some fab pressies already

I think I mentioned it on another thread, so I knew who you were!

I've done all my jobs for today. Went to get new microwave, it nearly killed me carrying it back to the car! Put dinner on. DH is in the office today, so I thought it would be nice to have someting cooking for him, when he gets home. It doesn't happen very often! You never know, we might all eat together as a family tonight. No mindees in the way or clubs for DD!

thought you got a microwave the other week? or was that somebody else?

No that was me! DH didn't like it, it was cheap and nasty he said! Its taken me a week to get round to swopping it! I wouldn't mind, but we barely use it!

should have got him to lug it back to the shop then MEN!!!!!!!!

I would like some more boxes of tissues for xmas please!! After using them on the mindees all I have done this morning is blowing my nose, so I have now got another cold , hope it doesn't last to long.

so how many have you all got the wek after christmas then? im of 31st and 1st then got new baby mindee wed and thur, newish mindee wed thur and fri, one baby mindee thur on baby mindee fri and ofcourse dd..so not too many this week, but got them ALL ALLL day so will be fun keeping them amused!

I've got a cold too ML. At least it'll all be done with by Christmas though.

Hope you had a good time Katy! I miss my Christmas parties. I have all part timers now and all go at different times in the afternoon, so it just wouldn't work anymore.

I've got my schoolie full time on Wed, Turs & Friday after new year. God knows what I'll do with him tbh. Oh lord, its DH's birthday on the Wednesday as well!

I've got an after schoolie on the thurs and fri after new yr and a 3 yr old (sibling) and also a 15 month old just on the thurs.

Have woken up with a sore throat this morning, oh joy this means I'm gonna be ill again over xmas . Was ill last xmas with D and V.

Well thats my house trashed now!! But they all had a good time! One mindee being in a odd mood today and just sat and watched while we all had fun!! pass the parcel went down a treat (so worth the £15!) but it was a little hectic trying to get them to actually pass it round - given that they were all under 4 years old!!

Have also taken dd and mindees to the little park up the road for some fresh air and to wear them out (as if they weren't already!).

Now dd and mindee 1 are running around being silly (funny silly!) and mindee 2 in cot as just whinging at me constantly and very very tired!

Mindee 1's mum bought a present for me and dh and another for dd this morning which was really sweet. Not opened them yet but just lovely that she made the effort

Arrrghhhhhhhh, the mindee whos leaving this week is Soooooooooo much hard work!..EVERY time her mum comes she burts into hysterics 'SOBBING' that she couldnt do something/wanted to do something/wants something/doesnt like something....arrrggggggggghhhhh, roll on friday tea time!

tomight im out shopping, getting stuff for a party after school friday(othing big, most will only be here 1/2 hour)..so am thinking(and mindees have told me these as well!), pizza, cheese, hot dogs, cakes, crisps, sandwhiches..thatll do wont it?!

Colds, don't talk to me about colds!!! It's gone round everyone, I had streaming cold at weekend which I'm recovering from but ds is full of it now He was off Monday, back yesterday and looked dreadful this morning so kept him off and they would like him off tomorrow as I told them he's been coughing and sneezing like mad ALL DAY!! Sooo, it's whether or not he goes on Friday - it's the last day of nursery and then he moved to the next class (big school) after Christmas. If he's like this then he's not fit enough to go and it's not fair on the other kids but it will be sad no to be able to say a proper goodbye to everyone (plus give teachers presents although that can be done after Christmas I suppose). Just don't know what to do for the best. I'll just have to see how he is tomorrow.

So now I've got ds aswell as double pay baby coming with me for this blood test tomorrow, oh the joys!!! Then it's straight off to pre-school mindee's birthday party where it looks like I may be needed to help!

I just want this week over, is that too much to ask???

Hey, hey! Guess who's gonna be done by 1.30pm on friday!

It would seem that sick mindee is defo not coming tomorrow and mum has said that since they finish at lunch time on friday, she's not gonna bother sending him to school, he can stay an extra day at his dads instead!

Soooo, I'll be done before the lot of you!

AND, AND, I haven't got to do school run tomorrow, dd has broken up today, so I'm not getting up tomorrow either!!!

I'm going to do all my christmas shopping on Friday afternoon! i'm going to an retail park local to me, that has every shop i need, including sainsburys, so i'm gonna get the whole lot done. It'll be empty with people either still at work or at parties!

I'll be in about 10'ish tomorrow, if you could be a sweetie and put the kettle on for me!

Well last mindee has just gone home, and only 2 days left (fin 5.15pm on friday if mums on time!), now got to go and make tea. I'm hungry .

~Hi every christmas one! Cant wait to go home next monday, just sucks I have to work in the morning then 7 hour train journey! Also bad- my lovely mum has a new job and has to work everyday over xmas period and new years, poor thing. But now new job is settled and stuff, less to worry about! Day off tomorow, I'm doing my christmas shopping!

i'm feeling really happy today as i went to visit ex-mindee today and might have chance of having him again on an occassional afternoon - ex-mindee is ds's best friend and they miss each other so they'll be really happy about it
