Hi, Am I right in thinking that I need to have two complaints books? One with all details including names etc for myself and ofsted and another that I write in details of the complaint but don't use names etc for confidentiality that I need incase future parents want to look? I haven't had a complaint but am tying up loose ends for my inspection.

There are forms you can download that Ofsted like you to use for the confidential one I think - it's in one of the National standard addendums...?

There is a form in the revisions booklet to the standards published Sept/Oct 2005 which I now can't find on Ofsted website despite having the number of the pdf booklet!

However I have it saved on my pc! Let me know your email address if you would like me to email you the pdf (whole booklet) and/or the word document (form only).
