And we are off to our fav soft play for our Christmas Party, 16 children coming

The soft Play we go to (Cool Play in Sturminster Newton Dorset), is brilliant, Mandy and Tracy who own it give us a term time discount, accommodate us in every way.

When the road was closed and a diversion in place she phoned me to let me no, in the lead up to Christmas when they have been busy, has checked for us that if a preschool was in on our normal day, so that we could swap days.

They know all our children by name and are generally lovely people, the children have made them a card and we have a big tin of Cadburys Biscuits for them, in Santas sack.

Mindee in cot now (hopeful he will be asleep soon!) and dd watching some tv as she has gone down hill again (more calpol me thinks!) so she is resting which is good!
And means I have some quiet time too! Should really tidy to the kitchen but being on here is more fun!
Need to go to bank today really pay in mindees cheque but not sure I can be bothered to trawl into town with them! DD isn't really up to walking as not well so would have to use double buggy and its such a faf! Oh what to do!! lol.

LOL. I've just cleared up after lunch and put the dishwasher on and my mindee is now sitting on the floor next to it, with her ear pressed up against it, just listening! She looks like she'd fall asleep there, given half the chance! Bless her!

Hello to southernbelle77, everyone is so lovely in here come and warm yourself by the nice log fire.

DD saw me sat watching the play and waved at every available moment, my 18mth old mindee was very good and never made a sound. The school didn't want under 5's watching but sent home a letter yesterday to say that if we needed to bring them we had to sit in the back 2 rows and leave if they make a noise!
Must go and get mindee up now so we have time to wrap up warm to go to school.

Hurray for me, I have a job! YEY! Starts end Jan. When I got back last night from the second interview, boss asked me to stay so got to make mind up. Damn. but new job in same village so could still see my lovely boys and baby, right?!?! cheeky... IM NOT LOOKING FOR A JOB!

I've just bought things to do a pass the parcel for our little party tomorrow. Only problem was that I couldn't decide what to get so ended up spending £15!! That wasn't supposed to happen

I just got my first Christmas present with my wages today! I got £20 cheque to spend at Bluewater Shopping Centre! Wow! £20 is a lot of money to spend on little old me! If I were buying my CM a pressie, I'd only spend £10 max!

I got my 1st as well, A experience day, which is tea for two at a posh hotel, how wonderfull, can use it anytime before Oct 2008, think i will take my very SA DDIL for a very English Tradition in the summer

I got my 1st present today a tin of heros chocs. I might go and hide away somewhere with them, or shall I wait to share???? Decision making??? I might eat all the ones I like and share the rest!

Got first present monday from after schooly, lovely candle with glass stand..am bit and annoyed tonight, just ahd call from one day a week mindees mum, she gave me her days a while back just not hours, last week she didnt know if wed or thur this wek was thur as normal...she is meant to let me know every weekend what her ds's hours are for the coming week, as usual i had to text to ask..i got no reply until just now to say is it ok to drop ds off tomorrow at such and such a time!..i have laods planned tomorrow for full time mindee including dd's show where i could only have two tickets(me and mindee, even dp not coming), so ive said sorry but you ahd him down for thurs, i have tickets to show and cant get more, text me back saying she gave me the days just not the actual hours!, i text her again saying yes the day was thurs and as result ive planned lots for your ds thursday too!...FGS, am i sick or what!
