Who we see quite often?

Where do you draw the line?

Add a bottle of wine for them to share at? Fortunately DS's childminder has grown up children so I just buy for her, make DS do a homemade card and then also send a bottle of wine.

Thats a good idea! Will do that. Thank you.

My dh has never had a present, would never expect one but they only see him briefly

bozza · 14/12/2007 14:31

I was just thinking panicpants is not a bad christmas name in it's own right even without the pressie in the middle. I could easily adopt it atm.

lol bozza!

Looney - I know what you mean, don't know if it would be a bit of a faux pas iyswim, but I like the idea of the wine, that might not seem like over kill, but still acknowlage him.

I think that I am acknowledging the cm and what she has done for DS over the year. And I very rarely see her DH.

Love the name change bozza!

Have dusted off a bottle from the cupboard and wrapped it up

Ah panicpants the opposite way to me. I keep buying wine for presents, but it unfortunately seems to find its way into my glass.

i think the dh will just be pleased if you give his wife (your cm) a gift
my dh would never expect anything and has never got anything even thought the children do see him (breifley) but talk about where he is all day
also my boys never receive anything from parents
