Skould i have a small gift and flowers for her when we get back forom the airport?

I left some flowers in our ap's room. Also got other things like boxes of tissues etc for her room to make it look homely. Didn't buy an actual gift.

oh yes, very nice. And her fave food, if she has told you before.

Tidy room for her, storage, place in the bathroom cabinet, minimal duties for the first day.

The second day, I bring out the house rules ...

Apart from bathroom cabinet, also a place in the fridge, a place on the coat peg in the hallway. Sort of like a flatmate situation.

You can take her supermarket shopping. And send her off with her own basket so she does not feel shy about what to buy. Let her know you are paying, of course . This way you can also judge what she likes to eat.
