For the past 10 days, everytime I've tried logging into my tax free childcare account (which I've had for years!) it is asking me to provide extra identify details (passport number, P60 - basically choose from a list).
I've never had this before and it is such a pain to have to keep digging out these documents. Is anyone else experiencing this? Usually I'd log in, they'd send a text code and let me in.
I raised a help query a few days ago but no one has replied.
I'm wondering if this is a problem with my account or their new log in procedure.
