Oh, forgot to mention earlier. I was chatting to a cm neighbour who told me the Network co-ordinator is on her way round to visit us all. She wants us all to be part of the network. She was chatting to her about forthcoming events - i.e September 2008 and the neighbour was telling her that all these changes will just drive so many cm's like us out. She said that, in her opinion, there was no need to do half the things that OFSTED are requesting us to do, if we didn't want to or felt were unnecessary. She said the only result would be that you could not get an Outstanding and would only ever be either Good or Satisfactory.

Just applied for another 3 jobs! one receptionist at a senior school and 2 teaching assistants at primary. One of the TA jobs requires you to have experience of working with children in the early Years. What d'ya reckon? Have I got the experience?

No, not yet. I filled the application form in really badly tbh! It was my first attempt, so I wasn't expecting much. Since all the jobs are for the same borough council, the application forms are all the same, so I'll fine tune the next 3 and hope I at least get an interview!
