There seems quite a few threads at the moment where the employer has some kind of problem with their childcare but they keep them on because the children like them. Sometimes that isn't enough. Kids will get attached to someone else. If you, the employer, isn't happy with your childcare - let them go. Make it better for everyone all round. If you don't 100% trust the person looking after the most precious person in your life, then why are they still there?

Funny I was thinking the same thing, I'm gob smacked by the amount of people who let their child carers take the piss. Your paying these people for god's sake!!

It's particularly those who have trust issues with their employees that I really don't understand.

god it is soooo the flipside with me(CM) nearly all my parents treat me with absolutely NO respect at all..i go to the ends of the earth for my families!

That annoys me too. You are looking after their child for goodness sake, they should worship the ground you walk on.

seems to be a lack of respect all round in some cases then, sadly!

there should be a compatability test for cm's and parents, those who give a dam get the nice parents those who dont, get what they give...oh would the world be a lovely palce
