I tried to sign up but couldn't click through the card payment bit even using the promo code

Morning, I've just checked it and it's working fine; you have to put the promo code in first, click ok, then when it has been accepted you can go on to fill in your details. Once you've done that, you shoud be automatically registered.

In the meantime I have activated your registration for you from here, so its up and running, no problem with the login details you chose last night.

I have had the same problem- have put in the promo code but it wont let me through without putting in credit card details !

Sorry, it's not a great system is it! it does work though; put in the promo code mumsnet30 and then click the 'ok' button. It should then tell you it has accepted it. When it has done this, you can then fill in the rest of the page and it wont take you to any payment page! Will have a chat with our designer and get him to come up with something a bit more user friendly!!
