Right...I need to start thinking about writing an advert to get a nanny but I'm slightly worried that we are so disorganised and laid back that no-one will want to work for us......

do you think this is possible?

I worry that people will come for an interview and turn us down.

I nannied for a very disorganised family for 2 years. They were absolutely lovely but it did get exhausting sometimes -arriving on Monday morning and having to frantically search for school shoes amidst the chaos springs to mind! But they were very appreciative which makes up for a lot. Agree with the others about working for a 'normal' family, much nicer. Just be honest with them and if your lifestyle makes their job harder, acknowledge it.
