CM Club- What to do if you think someone is over-minding?

hello i think someone i know, not a friend is overminding the over 5's. she has just started and today collected 4 from school all of whom are definatly under 8. what would you do?

Are any of them siblings, could she have a variation? Does she have under 5's too?

How many under 5's does she have?

Cos' she could have upto 6 under 8's

literally started last week. no siblings and that would be the speediest variation ever from ofsted!! one under 5 at present.

ok didnt think of that! does that mean if she fills her full time places for under 5s she will get rid of one of her over 5 s?

So atm 1 under 5 plus 4 under 8, she still has one space (unless she has any of her own)

Can you explain that please? I thought only 3 under 8's?

6 under 8's of which 3 maybe under 5 of which 1 maybe under 1

So 1x6mo + 2x2yo + 1x5yo + 2x7yo = 6

in england anyway, its usual for 6 under 8(unless you have your own dc like me, im allowed 5 under 8 as as many over as i can care for)
if she didnt want.have ANY under 5's she could have already had bookings for older children so with initial inspection may have applied for 6 under 8?

well for example i can have 6 children under 8 but all my under 5's only do school hours and i meet parents on the playground so i then pick up normally around 9 children (3 of which are over 8) but i am still within my numbers
