aw crap wanted to talk her out of it but i totally understand, she wants time with her LO and says course will wait but her LO gos to big school in sept and then she cant make that time up..told her as business i wanted to tell her to stay but as mum i agreed..Shoite!..8 weeks notice

get her to write a ref for you
wished you lived here cant believe how many phone calls i am getting, we only have 8 childminders near me and i cant farm anymore children out to anybody as were all full

i was like that few weeks ago DMO, sods law isnt it..have put ad on netmums, got my busniess cards out to give to dd's school, updated cis and will give newsletter to all my other parents incase they want more hours!
