Should I send 2 year old to playgroup

I was wondering if it’s common to send a 2 year old to playgroup before any funding kicks in. She is 27 months . I’m a sahm but I also have a baby and find looking after them both really hard, with the COVID situation I can’t take her too any clubs so her life is pretty dull. She’s very sociable but she’s never been in childcare. The other kids may be a lot older than her, would this be a problem? Would I be able to stay with her while she settles in?

Most preschool and nursery will have 2 year olds generally in a seperste group. Childminders also offer this in smaller groups but exactly thd same activities so one with an assistant might have up to 6 of the same age
