30 hours funding 3 year old- eligibility q

Hi, can anyone shed any light on this for me please? I've been googling and not getting very far! Does a bursary for a traineeship count as being eligible for 30 hours funding? The programme is full time- thus the need for childcare! DH works full time. TIA
