OFSTED COMPLAINT - I don't believe, they've set me up!!!!!

I can't believe it, I'm DEVASTED and I want to take action!!! I received a complaint from OFSTED today about photo's of mindees being on my Facebook page and a link to my website etc!! They said they want to know if I have parental permission and OF COURSE I bloody do!!! The only mindees on there are the ones who's parents are on Facebook and it's an easy way of seeing photo's, video clips etc!!! I KNOW it's an internal set up - remember the OFSTED group I found that said those horrible things and then they saw what we were up to and removed the group - that will be it!!!

How do I complain about this? I now have a strike against my name and I'm furious!!!

Shall I quickly let the BBC know about this too so they can mention it!!! (joke)

Thanks, I don't know about the acts but I do know that the FOI act states they have to comply within 20 days.

Flippin eck Looney! Haven't got time for a proper reply as mindee is looking over shoulder but I would definitely complain!

Data protection act deals with personal data held about people. Only the person concerned can apply for this information.

Freedom of Information act deals with items that are non specific or are about public figures and are relevant to the public interest. Anybody can apply for this type of information.

Looney have replied on MSN love. BUT FOR YOU OWN SAKE you have to calm down, you will end up ill, I know that is easier said than done, life is dealing you a tough time at the moment, but deep breaths, love, and remember we are here.

Just quicky......it's not just parental permission they were checking on - they were saying it's inappropriate to have minded children on the same webpage as something with adult material (i.e. funwall images) and therefore I'm just going to remove the albums as it's the easiest thing to do. Parents will be a bit gutted but not a lot I can do.

Ya see, this is the whole thing, isn't it? It was perfectly fine with the parents and with you and now Ofsted are involved and guess what? You're not allowed. Since when did they have any right over what a parent finds acceptable for their children? Its got naff all to do with them! Hey ho!

Ok, I see you point but tbh, it's not really what I was getting at with OFSTED. If they hadn't done this I'm sure they'd have FOUND something else to get me on or maybe just refused my next variation request
