We have 1 of our computers on vista and it takes some getting used to, also the printer and some programs don't work properly!!
Is that what was causing the problems with your keyboard?

yes, and msn wouldnt work, the printer webcam and keyboard wouldnt work properly with it, it was driving me up the wall

I noitced you were missing too, and I also made reference to your absence in yesterdays Staff room, as it 'appens.

I went to a candle party once, tres boring! Not my scene tbh. I have a big phobia about leaving a candle lit anyway for any length of time in my house, so I end up looking like wee willy winkie, because I have to carry it around with me! (Get a life, springs to mind!)

I am going to a Virgin party on Friday night, I did question why on earth I'd be invited to a Virgin party, but I have been assured that its about makeup!

morning all..just made myself friend egg on toast..yummmm loads of tommy sauce...just got all the huge party bags ready for mindees to take home tonight and off to pack and post some ebay/mnet stuff just now, but wanted to say a big WOOHOOOOOO..mum of mindee(yes that one) said to me last night that she had spoken to work and would (after this lot) be only doing 12 hour shifts!..meaning no more 10pm finishes for me or them..just 6.30-7.30 probably...thank feck for that!!!!!!!had to be up for mum bringing her back at 5.45 this morn and dd not slept a wink all night..so i dont need a halloween mask on tonight

ADVICE PLEASE - got my scan on Friday, thought was ok as supposed to be having double pay baby overnight tomorrow so wasn't worried about Friday morning. Now had email saying not needed tomorrow night and I'm panicing about Friday morning now!!! I have to be at the hospital for 9am so was going to leave soon after 8am. Baby is normally dropped off around 8.30am. What do I do? Advice on excuses etc please!!!

dmo - not sure i explained myself....parents don't know anything, was just going to take baby with me but now i need to think of something to say about me needing her dropped off earlier or me picking baby up - need good excuse

dont worry about it chick, just email/text mum saying you had an app friday morning which you were happy to take her dd to and you have to leave at 8am could she drop her off at 8am instead please..all it needs..really

PC - I hope so....thing is we're really good friends now so she asks a lot more and I worry in case she quizzes me. I'll take a {deep breath} and just email!

Yeah, she replied and said ok to take baby and I can pick her up on the way if she doesn't stay over (she's not sure yet). I feel bad saying this but thank god she's not feeling well (the mum) as she's clearly not thinking like normal which has saved the questions.

I'm feeling the same. Blood is off/on/off/on atm, I just want Friday to hurry up and be here!

Had a really good day today (knew it had to happen soon!) dd1 is now home safe! We went to soft play this morning, met up with loads of childminders then dd1 and my mum & sd met us there managed to get back and get both littles ones to sleep while we chatted and drank tea and ate the amazing choc cake i made, now kids all happy and have missed each other so much they are all being super nice to each other! Dd2 is so so pleased to see her sister - its so sweet!! I'm doing dd1's fav dinner! It's such a nice atmosphere they are all so happy!
