our nanny is leaving us in jan after two years caring for our (now) 2/12 year old boy. she is VERY reliable and caring and has carried primary responsibility for caring for him, 10 hours a day, five days a week, since he was four months or so.
He's now very happy and secure but we feel he's ready to make the leap to a nursery for more social interaction.
She is really helpful - she cooks, irons and cleans - great indian food! - and is happy to fill in with overtime, at short notice
she's available from mid jan but interviewing now. we're helping her out as she isn't terribly au fait with the net
