Where did you find/recruit your nanny from please ?

I'm up North and Nannies seem a bit thin on the ground, I think i've found one but would like to interview a few more before i make a decision.

Thanks, these are really useful - am looking for 3 days per week nanny so fingers crossed! Also, I recently attended a'SpeedNannying' event - the event I attended was a bit quiet, but a brilliant idea.
