Just thought I'd put your mind at ease and share my experience ... when I got pregnant for the second time, I vowed I wouldn't wear my maternity clothes as early as I did the first time (proud mummy-to-be!) However, at only 9 weeks pregnant, I couldn't even fit into my jeans ... it was ... twins ... hehehe!

OMG, well I'm already having trouble fitting into my jeans and last weekend I went on the back of hubby's motorbike for the first time, went to put leathers on and they were WAY too small, no chance of fitting!!! Now I know why, I had no idea til Tuesday!!! TP - it can't be twins - it would mess my numbers up!!!

bloodsuckingLOONEY · 21/10/2007 15:13

Got Dr's tomorrow - going to BEG BEG BEG for an early scan!!!

MissInvisible · 21/10/2007 19:43

OMG i thought this was you confimring it WAS twins!!!!!!!!!!!!!

bloodsuckingLOONEY · 21/10/2007 20:16

NO and hope I won't be!! Errr....am I being paranoid or should I get this deleted? I've only really mentioned it in the staffroom etc but bit worried??

hennipenni · 21/10/2007 20:24

Don't get it deleted, that won't change what has happened!! (that's not easing your worry is it.....sorry)

ThePrisoner · 21/10/2007 20:24

Don't worry, I'm only being paranoid in case parents see but if the worst come to the worst, I just explain that I didn't want to tell them til 3 months had gone in case something goes wrong again! Sure they'd be ok

Hey....my tarot reader said I should place a bet on it being twins in case I get some kind of payout - do they still do this? Anyone know how to go about it? Have got Dr's tomorrow so need to be quick!! Let's face it....IF it was, we'd need all the help we can get!!!

Oh TP....I've been hungry all day...no matter what I've eaten. Woke up VERY hungry, went to petrol station on the way to car boot and got a large bacon and cheese pastry thing. Ate that, about an hour later as I still was hungry, I got a bacon roll at the car boot - no...it didn't fill me up!! But then again...I WAS like this with ds so it DOESN'T mean I'll be having twins!! lol

StrawberryMartini · 21/10/2007 20:30

Oh that's what I hated the most - the constant hunger! Nothing would fill me.

bloodsuckingLOONEY · 21/10/2007 20:30

BTW TP....if my last period WAS a real period and I conceived after (we're not sure, long story) then I'm only about 5 weeks!

bloodsuckingLOONEY · 21/10/2007 20:31

Yeah....I put on 3 stone with ds strawbs...really didn't want to be a pig again this time round!!!

sparklygothkat · 21/10/2007 20:37

I started showing at about 7 weeks with Callum, had lots of sickness and an early test result, people kept saying it was twins. I had a early scan and the scanner lady said that she thought there was 2 sacs!! Dh nearly died on the spot!! when she did an internal scan it wasn't 2 sacs, but one sac and one area of bleeding.

bloodsuckingLOONEY · 21/10/2007 20:47

Hiya mate.....i don't think it's twins coz of my size or anything, I've just found out! They are all winding me up because I have very high chance of twins with my family history and I'm crapping myself - they think they are very funny!

Megsdaughter · 21/10/2007 20:52

Looney I did retrat my thought thatit was twins (although as you have twins from both sides of the family, did wonder on Quads!!!!)

bloodsuckingLOONEY · 21/10/2007 20:53

nah....dh doesn't count!!!

MissInvisible · 21/10/2007 21:28

bloodsuckingLOONEY · 21/10/2007 21:33
