Night nannies - any good agencies?

Does anyone have a recommendation for a night nanny agency? I used one when my first child was born but was not impressed with their level of service.

Please let me know if you have any good experiences.

Where abouts are you?
Lots of us lovely qualified/ experienced nannies lurking on Mumsnet..can obviously provide all certs and refs etc and Im much cheaper than going through an agency!
I work around West/ swest / nwest and central London if that's any help
