as a nanny i am currently with churchill

i think all you need is buisness calss 1 insurance, which i fidn costs no more than about a fiver extra per year so really is NOT expensive... with some policies there is no difference in price

I have Esure car insurance which has business class1 included. I have a 'T' reg 7 seater and it costs me (well actually it costs my husband) about £350 this year t insure.

I can just about afford to fill the car at the mo, if it goes over £1 litre I don't know how I'll be able to get to tots as they are 2 or 3 bus rides away each way where I live.

Some I can walk to but some I need to take a baby and a 2 yr old with me as I said they are 3 or 4 miles round trip.

Motorminder from NCMA, it was by far the cheapest! In fact £200.00 cheaper than going diect to NIG.

And with motorminder you get like for like courtesy car in the event of accident...so important for us cms transporting mindees about! Better a 7-seater then a 3 door corsa!!!

www.ecarinsurance.co.uk Much cheaper than any other quote for me. As there's no option to tell them you're a childminder in the choices they give you I send a separate email, then I've got their written reply to prove they knew I was a childminder.

NB the sister site ehomeinsurance told me they don't cover childminders.
