Babysitting rates in Kingston/Teddington/Twickenham area?

Does anyone know the going rate for babysitters in this area?

My neighbours' daughter (17) has offered to babysit but I was wondering what is the going rate? Both children would be asleep so she wouldn't actively need to do anything (hopefully) and no travel costs

My friend nannies in Kingstons, she charges £7 an hour. When I first started babysitting (6 years ago) I used to get paid £5 an hour. I think that sounds like a fair rate.
