Hi all, I have just trained as a doula and so hopefully, when the work starts coming in, it may be that i would need the services of a childminder for my own kids.
I would need someone with checkable references, as we've had a bad experience before. Age in not nessecarily a concern, although lots of experience is. My youngest is only 5mths old.
Unfortunately, (for us, as noone wants to take it on) there could be times when advance notice is short so will definately need to be flexible.
