Hello Mums hope everyone is well and getting through these weird times. I am looking for a bit of advice about after school wraparound care providers for a friend. What has anyone been charged since lockdown started? I understand that these businesses need our support but just would like to check if you guys have been asked for voluntary or mandatory payments during lockdown when no care is being provided. I imagine most providers have furloughed staff and are not paying rent at the moment. The issue that my friend has is that she needs to change her day for next term but has been advised that "new families" have priority, is this standard? Do other providers have this policy whereby new customers get priority and existing customers can only keep their original days?
