Nanny payroll companies - verdict?

Hi - apologies if this has been asked recently but I couldn’t find a good steer on it. Regarding nanny payroll companies, are they worth the money, or is it possible to do yourself? Is there a particular company that stands out?

I’d appreciate any tips from more experienced posters.

I use Nanny Paye and they are great and definitely worth it for us

Nanny matters are fab! Best one in my experience (I've had various employers use different companies)
