Why are they so disorganised?

Why do the mis place EVERYTHING that I send them?

I have been on the phone for an hour talking to a really sweet young lad, who was trying to help bless him but he just didn't understand!

All I want is a variation to have four under five for 2hours a week

I'd remind them that you have to be ultra organised with your paper work to be Outstanding, so the least you could expect is for OFSTED to practice what they preach!
