Hi, I was wondering if anyone else had the same problem contacting Tax-free childcare/the Childcare service re renewing their 30 hours? I am trying to get through to the 0300 123 4097 helpline to give them my income for the last tax year as they said they needed to know it to see if I was eligible for my 30 hours next term (albeit if/when the nurseries finally open again....) and I can't get through as they say they're too busy, but I can't see an email address or any other way of contacting them and apparently the cut-off date is this week some time. Obviously I realise this is all pointless if nurseries aren't going to re-open any time soon but I need to have my 30 hours in place for when she can go back. Is anyone else in the same position/has anyone else managed to contact them?
