Can my daughters dad visit us

My daughters dad doesn't live with us but comes to my house when he looks after her while I work. Is this still allowed?

Its allowed in the sense that you're not going to be arrested if you do it.

Whether it's sensible and the right thing to do depends on the circumstances. You have to apply common sense.

Of course this is fine, they've said that children can go between homes to their parents houses so I don't see this as different really.

Go to the nanny board, it is full of nannies / parents still having the nanny in!
